Each month’s combined report includes the Secretary’s meeting notes, Treasurer, Bookstore Treasurer, Activities, PI, and Webmaster reports all from the month prior.
Example: “November” will be the notes and reports that were recorded in October, to be approved at the November meeting.
Unapproved reports are posted prior to each monthly Integroup meeting and marked with “Draft.” After reports are approved and the final Secretary’s report is generated, a final combined report for each month will be posted and the “Draft” label removed.
